For Sale: Our well kept 1983 Scamp 13 dog not included . It has received many repairs and updates while in our possession for the last 8 years.

The original features it has:

• Propane furnace
• 3 way Dometic refrigerator with freezer 12V currently inop
  
• 2 burner propane stovetop
• Stainless sink with hand pump and city water connection
• 120V to 12V inverter
• Dexter Torsion axle with electric brakes
• onboard battery
• 20 propane cylinder
• Oversize roof vent
• Jalousie windows
  
• Clothes closet
• porta potti stores under bed
• 7 blade round trailer connector
  
• 1 7/8" hitch ball
• swing up tongue jack
  

We have performed the following repairs, upgrades and modifications:

• New 2200 lb Dexter axle w/ new wheel bearings and bearing buddies
• Added rear stabilizer jacks
  
• New Dec 2016 USA made radial tires
• Microwave on a wooden stove topper
• All interior 12V lights converted to LED bulbs
• Added 12V LED lightstrips for more interior light
• foldaway cupholders at 4 locations
• Added rear 1 1/4" hitch receiver and a bike rack
• replaced original carpet w/ sheet vinyl flooring
  
• rebuilt electric brakes w/ new linings
  
• upgraded shorepower cable to 12ga, 20A, weatherproof through hull connector, added 2nd breaker to box
• Added 2 more 120V outlets inside, 1 w/ USB charge ports
• Added single weatherproof 120V outlet outside
• removed front couch upper bunk, cut out lower bunk to update to front dinette
• added airconditioner on front tongue, with remote control
  
• cut larger piece of plywood for permanent rear bed,
  
• added Ikea foam mattress with 100 cotton Percale summer sheets and T shirt sheets
• added 12V computer fans to fridge for improved cooling
• large 12V computer fans to slide in roof vent for power ventilation
• added tip out drawer above fridge
  
• Original taillights upgraded to bright LED bulbs, added conspicuity tape
  
• Swapped broken sidemarkers to new LED fixtures w/ SS guards
• Swapped all rivets for SS screws and acorn or nylock nuts
• replaced cracked rear plexi window and seal, resealed front window w/ new seal
  
• sanded off dead gelcoat, primed and painted w/ Pettit marine urethane paint using roll and tip method
  
• removed yellowed interior tape, cleaned elephant hide, filled seams w/ latex caulk
• primed interior with Kilz, painted with interior gloss enamel
• replaced weathered cabinet doors with white dry erase hardboard and large mirror
  
• covered new cushions w/ bright colors
• made blackout curtains for most windows
  
• replaced all interior hinges, knobs and screws with new stainless hardware.
  
• New door latch and new outside handle with key lock
• new Stainless front gravel guard latches and hinges
• new escape hatch, installed with SS screws, acorn nuts and marine urethane sealant
• added a battery charger/maintainer to keep onboard battery fully charged

Since 2013 over 171 days traveled, over 26K miles from upstate New York to Florida Keys, New Orleans, Kelly's Island,circumnavigated Lake Erie and events at 7 race tracks including WGI and Mid O. What it needs today is propane and water filled, and time to go camping.
