1992 TravelAire Kodiak 17 Insulated

If you are looking for a light, durable trailer for you and your family, look no further!

This insulated fiberglass trailer was manufactured in 1992 by Peak Manufacturing in Medicine Hat Alberta. It shares the same shape and interior as the Bigfoot. However it is built with sandwich construction, having Styrofoam insulation between the walls, resulting in a trailer that you can use for much longer in the cooler Alberta climate.

It can sleep up to 6 with a double bed at the back, double at the front and a bunk for two in the rear. As with any versatile trailer, the back can be converted to a sitting area, the front can stay as a dining area and the upper bunk becomes part of a cupboard system.

Fibreglass cabin is 14' long x 8 ' wide; inside dimensions are 13'6" x 7'6". Main bed at table location is 4' wide x 6'7" long; second bed is 3'8" wide by 6'3" long.

Fridge, stove, hot water tank and appliances all work on propane Dometic fridge is electric and 12V as well. The bathroom has a toilet, sink and shower, all fully functioning. All appliances are in excellent shape.

LED lighting installed, and a generous awning provides welcomed shade.

Outdoor shower included.

Great windows, lots of ventilation with three overhead vents, screen door and sliding windows.

Dry weight of trailer is 1050kg 2350 lbs. . Has fully functional water system and septic waste system.

Tires are new and the bearings have been recently packed.
