excellent condition. just not using due to health issues. 17 ft model with bath. have converted table to fulltime bed, but table available. standard features with added microwave and small electric heater. roof ac with heating option, awning, newer maxifan cover, newer inverter. camping supplies, hoses, etc included. no issues but needs waxing to make it shine.
