Queen bed converts to dinette for 4, Side dinette, sink, 700 watt microwave, dual burner stove, 3 way fridge LP 12volt, 120 , 1LP tank, fire extinguisher, electric water pump, 16 Gallon fresh water tank, 30 gallon gray water tank, shower, portable toilet, air conditioned, heater, dual fans, LP water heater, LED lighting, electric brakes, new tires, break away switch, converter, dual batteries, 2' ball, anti sway bar, has extra cushions for bunk bed.

Sleeps 2 adults and 1 child, comfortably. Light weight 2500Lbs. . Very reasonable gas mileage. F150 was used to tow and went all the way to Mexico from Washington State on 250 worth of gas.

Asking for 18000, but open to reasonable offers.

except you have the escape hatch roof vent. ours uses the rear window as the escape hatch.
How well does your A/C work? Ours struggles to lower the tempeture, but does some dehumidifying.
