The area behind the open screen door in one of your pictures...A closet area?
The space under dinette bench is AC?

Yes, the area behind the screen door is hanging closet space where we usually store our folding chairs, 10x10' canopy and trash can.

There is no air conditioner, but that is where it was installed in some units. The Fantastic fan and open, awning style windows cool the trailer down. We elected not to install an A/C, so we use the area to store all our pots and pans.

Thanks for the reply. Like the Parkliner a lot more than the Casita.

Yes, the founder of ParkLiner spent a year camping in a Casita with his family and then decided to design something better. I helped him make some optional upgrades on the 2012 models and wrote the factory owner’s manual. It’s a wonderful travel trailer, and ours is in like new condition even after traveling cross country. Well maintained and ready to travel.

Interesting camper. What size bed can the main dinette convert to? What size bed can the side dinette covert to. What’s the overall exterior height?

What’s your problem? Why can’t I ask a question? Where in the ad did he say about the bed sizes? he did listed the height being 8’9”. But it is hard for me to believe how does it come to that height without the roof top air conditioner.

I just verified the exterior height to be 8'9". It does NOT have an A/C.

Beds: 81 x 60" and 82 x 24"
