Is that the cooling unit in the air conditioner that was replaced? Either way (fridge or AC), that seems awfully soon (~4 years). Is there any further explanation?

Also, what is that on the door to the under-sink kitchen cabinet?

No it's the cooling unit in the 3-way refrigerator. When I bought the camper last year the refrigerator didn't cool well and it didn't cool at all this year. Therefore, I got the cooling unit replaced last month. It also comes with 1-year warranty.

That thing you were referring to is "Camco Olympian Wave 6 Catalytic Heater", in case someone wants to use in the winter.
