the problem with all of these is it gives those of us that own true Parkliners a bad rap cuz he's selling them as new but they aren't this also devalues all of the true Parkliner owners values.

I've been wanting a Parkliner forever, and was so exited to see that they were being built again, but was perplexed at the low price for a brand new one, but was going to jump on it - UNTIL you mentioned the caulk job! I was so excited I didn't even take a close look. Will not do that again! Thanks . Am still in the market for a Parkliner if anyone knows where I can find one.

Maria - there is a 2019 for sale for $25K at Dan Kearneys RV center in Vermont. A legit one, not the crappy caulk version in this thread. Good luck!

Thanks schrimpscampi . Will check it out, it might be the same one they had there last year and still unsold (I couldn't buy at the time). Can you tell me if fiberglass or surface suffers (any UV or other type rays) damage from being exposed continually for I would imagine at least 1 year? TIA.

It does, but only one year shouldn’t be too bad, especially in that climate. It’s a fairly minor issue and if it earns a discount, so much the better!

You should be able to tell if the finish is deteriorated. If they had a good coat of wax it could be just fine.

Thank you Jon in AZ and ShelbyM. I checked it out, but I'm going to have to call. The description says "May have some of the following features." The thing I noted was a 'port-a-potty' that slides out of the way to shower, yet the only picture was of the shower portion itself. Not thrilled about the 'port-a-potty' feature <LOL>. I will call them. It's a 2018, but doesn't say if it's new or used. It might be a deal breaker ::sigh::

No pics of the entire shower though, just the shower itself. And a great idea on the possibility of a discount for being stored outdoors this long. It's a 2018, doesn't say if it's used. Maria, Google 2019 Parkliner at Kearneys - they show the bathroom with toilet. They had a 2018 there but the 2019 was there a couple of weeks ago and has full wet bath.

Thank you Schrimpscampi! When I looked the 1st time, I also checked for other Parkliner's but none showed up. Your tip worked. I will have to call and find out what features it has since the photo's show different color cushion fabrics. I'm excited, but I have to curb that down a bit so in case there is disappointment it isn't too great . Thank you very much .

Shrimpscampi, if you have time and the inclination to help me with what kinds of questions I should ask Kearney? Anything other than how long have you had it, how has it been stored, fabric etc? I will ask them to send me the specs and all the features, but anything that you might think of since you have experience with fg's? Many thanks.
