Roughly half of the elevator bolts were replaced in the last two years.
Frame had a few areas of rust when we bought it but nothing that was alarming to us. We coated all accessible areas of the frame with Rust Oleum.
Included is a spare tire and two original hubcaps. An original users manual also is included.
We put down a new sub floor over the fiberglass and vinyl flooring on top of the sub floor. New trim along the floor was also added at the time of new flooring.
New ceiling carpet installed at time of new flooring.
Roof vent fan works well.
Vents for air conditioner nicely installed for both intake and outflow. Air conditioner unit is one year old and has less than 10 hours of run time. We were going to revisit the drip hole for the air conditioner condensation on bottom of camper before camping this year. We were going to drill a larger hole for condensation to more easily drain. New owner may wish do the same.
Cushions are original. Cushions themselves are in good condition but new owner may wish to re upholster cushions.
Cabinet doors painted.
We never wanted to use the water or gas. Therefore we never hooked up either water or gas.As a result, we are not sure if the original gas heater is working or not.
Due to leakage, we removed the solar panel and patched the drill holes on top of camper. We then replaced carpet inside on ceiling.
Original refrigerator included, not currently installed. Installed refrigerator is in non working condition.
No key for the door is included. Camper can be locked from the inside though.
Rock guard works well. We replaced the lift supports gas struts in 2021.
Original table pole and table top are included. We never used the table so we simply put the new vinyl flooring over the table base. New owner can easily cut a circle out of the vinyl flooring to access table base if desired.
Tail lights work as they should when hooked to towing vehicle.
New stabilizer jacks installed in 2021.
Serial number is easily found on frame for new title and plates.
