Looking for an older 13 foot Scamp or Boler without rooftop AC must be shorter than 7 8 and ideally without bathroom.

Located in CO, but willing to drive to find our perfect gem! Thanks in advance!

Curious: Why limit your search to those two brands. Why not a 13' Casita, or Trillium, or many others?

Thanks Walt! We have an 8ft garage with a clearing of about 7’8” so it needs to be shorter than that. I have looked at Casitas but they’re too tall from what I found. Not sure what others would meet our requirement, but always open to guidance from the community who knows their stuff!

I have a newer 16 foot Casita that I park in a garage with a 6’11” door height. Admittedly, I have to swap the wheels to achieve this. I also have a friend that had the same model and he easily parked his in his garage with an 8’ door (no wheel swap). If I recall correctly, the Casita specs on my model listed a height of 7’8” with 15” wheels.

BTW, Casita installs the a/c on the 16 foot through the wall, rather than on the roof. If the reason you wanted no a/c was height, the Casita 16 foot would allow you to have a “cool” garagable camper. It’s my understanding that the 13 foot Casita shares the same a/c configuration and height of the 16 foot.
