Price is a bit over your budget but seems to be very reasonable in the current market. Under $10K right now is typically a project requiring time (and money) to bring up to snuff.

Hi, I live in Bear River wy. I have 1997 16' layout 6 with a front bath. I'm thinking about selling as I'm upgrading to a camper van. I have upgraded many things over the years, L.E.D. lights inside and out, new hot water tank, new spare & cover, bike hitch, sway bar, and many more. I'm thinking close to $10,00. Note I have it in storage this last winter and have been doing some minor work on it since the weather has warmed up.
