Scale?

Hi,

Neat looking device....

However, one can accomplish the same thing with a bathroom scale
and a short length of 2x4 lumber....

Why am I so cheap? Er, frugal? Sounds better....

Some trailers (like my Scamp) are too low for this device. The first dip, speed bump, or steep driveway apron would take out that gauge. I’ve dragged my ball nut more than once.

Just a caution for some.

There are people to whom this could be valuable. Travel trailers tend to have consistent characteristics. Yup, 400 pounds of water can change things some.

Work trailers, for e.g. a landscaper, might have a 1K pound load in the morning and an 6K pound load in the afternoon. Maybe they want to do some shoveling to adjust the tongue weight.
