1975 13' Hunter Compact fiberglass trailer for sale.
>3 burner propane stove top
>refrigerator/freezer dual powered
>heater
>two propane tanks
>pop up top in center raises roof area to about 6'3"
>door with screen is at rear of unit
>two side windows open and are screened
f>ront window is shaded by hard awning that collapses for travel
>bed/dining area has been reconfigured to seating on each side with larger single bed/seating at front
>city water faucet is in process of being upgraded
>pump water faucet and tank system are supposed to be working, although to be truthful I never used it, because I did not want the added weight
>new cushions, curtains, indoor/outdoor carpeting
>the padded vinyl walls are in good shape, except for the one in the double door closet. I had to place a piece of new material over the rather large hole that was there.
>lots of storage under the seating/bed
>4 drawers
>small cabinet on stove side, with selves
>two storage cabinets under stove top area
>utility storage under the sink
>door in the side wall so the electric hook up would not go through a permanent hole in the floor
>no D/C electric, although there was at one time. I just never got around to checking it out, since batteried lights worked well IF I was not in a campground.
>clear title, very light weight, warm and comfortable bedroom on wheels.
