The finished window size depends on the web thickness of the window seal used. The easiest is to measure the original window it possible, if not. Take the size of the body opening, subtract 2 times the seal web thickness then subtract another 3/16" to allow room for the window to expand.

I saw your vids on making windows. I am curious how you sized them before cutting them from blanks. Did you cut them the exact same size as the openings, 1/4 smaller all the way around, 1/8 smaller all the way around, etc?
