Picture Front bench nears completion
This boler originally had a kitchen, pantry and a front bench, however I didn't like that format as the bed was too small for us. So out they came to make way for my modification. Toilet, very small simple kitchen mainly for coffee and such and a built in electric cooler

Picture Headliner nears completion
98% of the headliner is in and just some final finishes are required. The furniture is going in but needs to be tweaked as there is reflectix and headliner material on all the walls now whereas there was just fiberglass when I made the furniture. Anyways looks real nice in my opinion. front bench is nearing completion.

Picture interior gutted again
It's been -15C here in Ontario Canada so with a little heat from a construction heater I've managed to maintain +20C inside the trailer (too hot some times), therefore I've been able to work on my Boler by gutting the interior again to make way for the the Reflectix insulation (if you want to call it that). So I've concluded that if nothing else, the aliens wont be able to find me and melt my brain. It does however at least reflect the heat back into the trailer or away from it on the outside therefore giving it some useful quality. At present it is my Fortress of Solitude. I have laid some wiring for 12V to the door for overhead lights and vent fan, the remaining lights will be on the other side which does not have to go in before the headliner. The key to all this is the planning (what comes next) even though you may never see it again. With the reflectix completely in and all the seams taped, it actually holds the heat a bit better than just the fiberglass shell.

Picture Interior starting to come together
So its decided that the kitchen isn't going back in to make way for the queen bed. Toilet is staying and most of the fiberglass work on the inside is done. There is still the new headliner/wallcovering to go in first before all this wood can be permanently installed.

Picture Into the garage to begin the restoration from the inside
Finally I was able to fit my baby Boler into the garage after a little alteration to the garage door. Add a little butter and grease, take the wheels off and I shoehorned it in. Who in the Blank would make a garage door that low. The temperature here dropped to -25 C and so on went some heaters and after about an hour I was roasting at a bawmy +25C. That should be good for fiberglass work. I had previously gutted the interior as the ensolite was saturated with water. Filled in the refrigerator vent holes and should be able to start insulating the trailer in the next week., I have been working on the taillight pods as I saw someone french them and I liked the clean look. better to do it now as this summer, I want it completed.

Picture Then it began
May, June July 2014, Everything was painted white, and after some serious rain, there was rain inside. that wasn't gonna work. SO it began the teardown. little bit at a time so I could still use it, but in the end, I wasted more time bubble gum and bandaiding it. hit my head on the roof vent all the time. That's why the original roof vent was back further. The bed was too small, not because I;m a big person an all but when there's you, the mrs and 4 fur babies, a double bed just doesnt cut. So out came the kitchen and the pantry and in went the queen bed.

Picture And in the beginning, this is what I saw.
May 2013, Beautiful little fiberglass trailer my wife dragged me out to look at. I wasn't looking for one at the time but because our fur family was growing, she wanted to be able to pack them all up a go visit family without inconveniencing them.

  Setback
Well last summer it was hot and the ceiling material and insulation came down. The glue Super 77 heated up inside and became gooey again. This caused the ceiling material to sag and finally I had to go and cut it out. So Spring this year will bring a little redo of the ceiling. Dang! it was coming along so well. Oh well Stuff happens.
