I think that $10,000 might be a little low, but then I an biased!.
I know that I have more than that in it, but then we have travelled probably around 40,000 miles with it.
By the way I also put a new Flexiride adjustable axle on it when I rebuilt the frame along with new self adjusting brakes and 14" tires. and the 300 Watts of solar on the roof.

Hi there. A brand new Scamp goes for about $24,000. Your Scamp is 37 years old. Yes, you have added a lot of nice mods. I am thinking a fair price would be $10,000 and I would pay that. Currently, there is a 1987 Scamp 16 for sale on this website for $8,500. Where are you located?
