Although you can't see it there is a lot of work to be done on this unit. Most of it has been gutted by the previous owner.

    I would say 1/3 of the work is just emptying the clutter. It looks like it became a storage unit at one point. I understand that though have space will fill it!!

    It looks worse than it is although I don’t think the interior isn’t worth keeping. Once I evict the former tenant I am sure I’ll get a better picture of it.
