We have a 1987 scamp. It is in great shape. We installed new laminate flooring in it. The refrigerator and air conditioner are two years old. No leaks or water damage. We are in south central Illinois. (About 8 hours from Dallas) I can email you pictures if you'd like. We are asking $5900.
