We got a Trail West 1970 and are trying to fix it up. From a full optioned Casita 17 new trailer to this is a real difference. But we love it even if it doesn't have a fridge or blac water tank. The color of yours is very different. And we are having a horrible time getting a spare. It didn't come with one and within 100 miles, no tire dealer has a rim. On line they seem different than what we need. We just replaced all the wood on the pop up including strips and plywood. This must have been one of the basic models as there isn't screen on the canvas parts, all just one solid piece. But we are writing to say, yours looks great.
