Check out and call the three campgrounds I mentioned (SunSport Gardens, Lake Como, Cypress Cove) for prices and reservations. These camps are not for everyone so check out on line. I believe a reservation for next winter is more opportune now than waiting.

I will send you before and after photos of the dinette area after all the prepatory work for accommodating the loveseat is done (hopefully by end of October) and again after the loveseat is in place (hopefully by end of December).

We will have two inches clearance on each side of the loveseat and I may cheat it an inch to the right so that I can more easily access the microwave/hot water heater switch on the left hand side. In order to get two separate recliners to fit or a wider reclining loveseat, the tall storage behind the rh dinette seat would have to go and it is too valuable for us to consider removing it. I refer to rh and lh side as standing in the trailer looking forward. For the kind of camping we do I would have no need to do a trailer lift and I would not want to raise the center of gravity.

Mark, This is the reclining loveseat that I ordered, with the inside handles, std 41.5 inch height and ultraleather: https://www.braddandhall.com/product...&idcategory=58 It is 48 inches wide and I will have 52 inches of width to work with after removing the dinette table and right hand seat base and moving the finished panel on the seat base back to close out the base of the tall storage area (to close out the opening caused by removing the seat base). I am having a cabinet maker/finish carpenter to do this. He will also relocate the heat duct from under the left hand side dinette seat base about two feet rearward (toward the back of the trailer) so that it does not blow hot air against the side of the loveseat.
