    WaltP,
noticed you had both a Bigfoot and a Escape. My wife and I are debating between those 2 and an Oliver for traveling to Texas from Northern Virginia a couple times a year to avoid the cold. We originally were looking at a Casita Independence 17' but it seemed a bit small.

We have also read that the Bigfoot, Escape and Oliver are warmer. Have you everwritten a comparative (camparative?) evaluation from your personal point of view that we could read.

We noticed that your signature says SW Virginia. I went to Virgnia Tech in the 60's thru 72 to get my now retired civil engineering degree.

I am a new owner of a used Casita 16' camper. l live in WNC and would be quite interested in the Hungry Mother rally in the end of October. Please keep me posted. Thanks.

I've had the 21 since August 17th. Been hanging around the northwest until Arizona cools off. I'm slowly heading that way now...

I believe the SAE connector that Zamp uses is rated at 15 amps. I used it with a 160 watt panel that hits 8.5 amps on a good day, and it held up OK. I had more of a problem with it loosening up after many plug & unplugging. I crimped it with a pair of pliers, and it was still going when I sold the trailer.

I'd love to find a 25 - 30 amp, high quality waterproof 12V connector that includes a panel mount version, but as yet, haven't found one.

Thanks for reaching out here !
I think mods can be a very good thing to improve the comfort and quality of the trailer !
I feel like the trailer does need some '' up dating '' will likely get a solar panel at some point.
For the now we are not wasting time and just camping with it ! Did a partial clean yesterday and though we want to improve or update we don't know what to tackle.
Wheels have been greased, today I will look at the batteries.
Wondering what the 24 things you have tackled ?
    Thanks
