History Purchased in Idaho in April 2007 - in good condition - everything stock. It had two previous owners but was lightly used.
Interior
Added a door and shelves to bottom of closet.
Added a door under the fridge to get at space under it.
New upholstery and curtains - 2011
Changed lights over to LED
Added an indoor/outdoor thermometer for the fridge.

Exterior
Added a Fantastic Fan
Added a cable TV connection
Added a Maxxair Vent to side window,
Added an Exterior 110 Electrical Plug In
Added a Sewer hose 4x4 tube rear underside
Replaced Fresh Water filler & City water connection.
Replaced Outside power cord door.
Removed and resealed roof escape hatch.

Customization
Awning pole stored using broom holders at Top & bottom Pouches add to closet door - First aid kit, card games etc - each can be removed & taken out on its
Added holder for awning pole inside door pocket.
Added orginizer to closet door.
Added TV connection on overhead bin - DVD player inside of bin.

Renovations
water proof box containing solar panel controller - opens for use. Solar Panel & holder in case bungied to outside bathroom wall
Added bungy cords to the front of the bathroom wall to hold solar panel in place while traveling.
Solar panel PCV holder built & box on battery for controller added.
Replaced some rivets and all snap caps.
Resealed bathroom window.
Replaced wheels & tires
Replaced bearings, brakes & assembly

Other Information
Rock guard holder made from PVC Bolt-FX LED License Plate lights
Changed taillights to LED's.
Changed out screws on license plate to small bolt type LEDS for license plate lighting.
Made rock guard holder out of PVC pipe
Removed Slinky Hose holder from front of trailer and replaced with a new holder under trailer made from 5" Vinyl Fence post with hinged end caps.

Tow Vehicle
2011 Nissan Frontier. Previously a Subaru Outback 07 which I do not recommend for a trailer of 16' or more or one with a loaded axle weight of 2000lbs or more due to its limited tongue weight capacity.
