History Purchased April 4, 2010 in road ready condition with no working appliances, electrical or plumbing. A couple of boxes of spare parts accompanied the trailer. We're going through the interior doing pluming and wiring and eventually it will get some new paint if the floor polish doesn't bring back a shine. Furnace, stove and water system are working great. Refrigerator will need replacement. Stay tuned!
