Regular 13 ft, front sofa (bunk supports missing), does not appear to have ever had heater or other options. Ice box was cracked inside so I removed it. No bathroom, rear dinette/bed. Insolite had mostly been removed, jalousie windows are screwed closed, there was no fresh water holding tank. A home-made tabletop was there, but no base.
Exterior
Major issue was severe door sag--door was hanging with wide gate hinges so pried when open. The door was heavy with moisture. I drilled holes on the inside of the door to vent, and it spent many hours in the sun to dry. I replaced the door hinges with "Scamp" hinges and the difference is fantastic! Pleased with the result, considering my skill level and the issues involved! Rather than repaint the trailer, I decided to "go with it" so painted flowers on outside.
Customization
"Screen Door Modification" to help with support to alleviate body sag issues. Bonus: Besides the desired support, I now have a screen door (curtain-type)! Also modified the table top so it is smaller for two people but the extra length needed for the bed can be used as a bench under the window for horseshoe-shaped seating, with or without table. Built shelves into the closet, and added a door to the cabinet where the ice box had been.
Renovations
Replaced the cabinet doors. Replaced old carpeting with vinyl "wood" planks and molding.
