History I am sort of the second owner. The father of lady that I bought it from purchased it. She tells me that it was $6000 new.
When I bought it, it was in good shape, just real dirty as it had not been used for years.
Most of these images are from the kijiji ad.

Cleaned from top to bottom
Fantastic fan (exterior?)

To do for next season:
Curtains, (blinds like Trillium RV does)
Porta Potty
Fluorescent Light above stove
Replace all plywood in top cabinets with fiberglass sheet...? ...white Lexan...? (old stuff has lost the plastic coating)
LED Lights
Small microwave above sink, (purchased two for $38/ea)
- Requires an outlet above sink, (plan to use PVC outdoor box/conduit)

Season after:
New cushion covers, (Originals are in almost perfect shape)

Pressure washed the blue striped decal off. The logo seems painted on.
Removed broken shore power cord and replaced with 15A power inlet fitting.
New exterior porch lamp, (broke the original one trying to clean it).
Upgraded the frame: Axle, coupler, Wheels, tires, and hitch receiver then had the frame painted.
Added a forklift LP tank with a quick fill on the liquid draw port.

To do for next season:
New license plate holder
Repair broken fresh water fill fitting
Paint body white with silver decals to match TV
Add front exterior light like Trillium RV does

Seasons after:
Solar...? Inverter...?.
