History Found in Ft. Dodge, Iowa on eBay. Seller had a small automotive shop and had extensive mechanical knowledge but didn't care much for cosmetics. Looks to be less a project and more a source of TLC within my skill range.

It's my understanding that Acorn was made by Scamp during a one year period (1979-80), with a small production of approximately 100. Here's an acorn that didn't fall far from the tree!

I didn't like the dark cabinets doors and have painted over them with a southwestern sand color. I replaced the cabinets pulls with knobs that have a shiny nickel finish.
