Installed a "full size" futon matress for the bed...instead of using the original cushions..fits great, and way more comfortable! Got it from Big Lots.

I plan on ditching the UGLY window unit a\c, and installing a "portable" a/c in the closet, and venting the exhaust and water drain out the bottom...
