First time in the driveway!
History This trailer was in California for the first 38 years and has been in Michigan for 2 years. We bought it August 27th 2012. This still has the original lisence plate from 1973!
Interior
Trailer as purchased 8-28-12 Interior 9-26-12 painted all new uphostery, curtains & table.
Phase I....Paint walls, new cushions, new curtains, new carpeting. Scrub from top to bottom. Install table.
Exterior
Windows with contact paper wood, covered with grey paint. All needed to be stripped! Resealing windows and replacing wood trim that was rotted.
Phase I...strip ugly paint off windows & door, paint tongue, paint bumper, install lp gas tanks,regulator, and spare tire. Remove windows, reseal and replace rotten wood.
