I believe I am the 3rd owner having just bought it.
The owner before me had it for 30 years. (Very nice couple that are no longer mobile enough to use it and were forced to sell.)
As far as I can tell, there have been zero modifications.
Maintenance has been done in a "messy" way rather than the smart way. (For example; caulking is everywhere, was applied while blindfolded and is often the wrong product; screws are all rusted and all 3 head styles along with some that need a wrench are randomly used.
Nothing was ever fixed and as far as I can tell, nothing works - yet!
