History I'm at least the 3rd owner. Purchased her in May 2014. User her as-is during the summer of 2014, then spent the winter making many improvements and modifications.

She begins the 2015 summer season officially christened 'Rapscallion'
Interior
*added water pump and demand faucet
*added gray water tank
*replaced all cabinet doors with new made from bamboo flooring
*turned the closet into a pantry by adding a false floor over the wheel well, expanding the door and installing a frame and sliding tubs for storage
Exterior
*painted the bumper and tongue
*removed 2 layers of old sealant and re-sealed
*de-oxidized, polished and waxed the Gel Coat
