Purchased on January 8, 2017.
My third RV. I have a 26' 5th wheel on a seasonal lot and a 24' pull behind (for sale).
PO had not used trailer since 2008, sat in the backyard rain, shine and snow.
Interior
Needs a lot of work.
New flooring to be installed.
Range hood to be removed, vent to be removed and window added.
Tape to be removed and caulking put in.
Interior to be painted.
Front dinette to be built.
Tap to be replaced.
Etc. etc.
Exterior
Roof vent to be replaced.
Furnace vent to be removed and hole patched.
Mini Solar panel on roof to be removed.
Automotive paint to be done, PO had used a brush to paint the bottom brown and door white.
New Decals to be created and added.
Customization
Many things to be done.
Too much to list.
