History From the previous owner:
"Rare - one of the original 600 produced in the second year of Scamps, 1976.

Original owner was a neighbor and it was purchased from his estate. The Scamp was a “salemen’s model” and I was told he was a sales representative for Scamp by his family. None of the appliances have ever been used. (The paper was even still on the lid of the port a toilet. Never used)."

Previous owner did partial restoration few years back with a new axle and subfloor and new paint. It Has been featured multiple times on ESPN when the Texas Rangers were in the World Series. Outside was painted by professional artist.

Seams scraped and caulked. Vinyl primed and painted.
Exterior
Custom paint.
Renovations
New subfloor and vinyl composite tile.
