History
Just bought near the California/Mexico boarder, having spent it's entire life in southern California. Purchased with severe moisture damage, much cabinetry delaminated and the white vinyl falling off the wall panels. Towed back to Keizer Oregon for some severe updating. Will be removing all the exterior screws (leak points), the roof A/C which was mounted to a 4'x4' chuck of rotten plywood, and much of the wood work. Lot's new going in, but all the appliances are working so far.
Update 7/10/18: Exterior finished, interior rough, but all appliances in and working. Took camping on the 4th of July. Still need to finish a number of cabinetry and finish items, but really enjoy towing and all the comments we've received.
