2016: Clear coated exterior with Poly Glow (no waxing required), recaulked roof with Dicor sealant plus Eternabond tape

Other Information
2014: small roof stain appeared, recaulked frig roof vent, solved problem
2016: Cowling is cracked from wind storm debris(Moab) Cheaper to replace than repair. Bigfoot quoted $500 for new aluminum cowling plus shipping. Seller will incur the cost of this replacement.
