History 3 Owners. Never cooked inside by any owners other than to boil water. Vent is pristine. Everything works; pump, tanks, toilet (china toilet), intake for city water hookup, propane water heater, cooktop, bath shower and sinks. Tanks sanitized. Floor carpet is worn but easily replaceable. Tires in near new condition. New marine battery.
Clean and in excellent condition.
Interior
New doors and table top, venetian blinds, custom three drawer cabinet under cooktop.
Exterior
New storage case for black water tank hose. New propane tank.
