Fording a stream in upstate NY
History Bought from a family of six in Barrie, Ontario who had vacationed in it for many years. No idea of the history before they bought it.
Interior
Removed the bunk that had been added above the table.
Exterior
Added hasp and padlock to door to enable secure lock from outside.
Renovations
Would like to install heater.
Other Information
Needs work: new upholstery and probably new foam in seat cushions; replace carpeting; remove and replace awning; several interior cupboard doors need new latches; exterior surface needs wax? paint?
Door latch needs repair/replace. Electrical cable missing.
