Packages Has all options that were available in 2004, including A/C indoor-outdoor sound system, skylight 16000 BTU furnace self-igniting water heater.
History 3rd owner. The first owner in Fort St. John, BC then trailer spent a couple of years in Cochrane, AB before coming home with me to Vancouver Island.
Interior
New upholstery on dinette cushions. Will use material throughout.
Removed microwave (and 30 lbs).
Reupholstered dinette cushions.
Updated interior lights to LED.
Will update / remove valance over time.
Exterior
Road rash from gravel. Current front window latch system.
New awning (2020)
Looking at replacing front window and propane latches.
Need to do some fiberglass repair on the front. Once completed will apply some rock guard paint.
Renovations
Planning on lowering night table to give room to expand front bed width and allow for 60" short queen. Will need to expand bed frame as well.
Other Information
Have a list of things we plan on doing with the trailer over the next year or two.
