History Trailer was originally from Illinois area, purchased by my father-in-law in the mid 90's. He kept it there until about the late 90's when driving it between Illinois and Arizona for winter got to be too much. It was then that I inherited it and it made it's way to Southern Calif.
As of my retirement in 2016 it's been relocated with us to Utah where it's been stored indoors since.
Interior
Interior modifications include Oak veneered cabinet doors and tables. Since it's only been my wife and I camping in it, we have left the rear table down and converted it to a full time sleeping area.

Exterior
Exterior is as is with the exception of LED lights.

Customization
Changed out the original braking axle for a 3500# braking axle and added a 3" lifting block between the axle and frame for added ground clearance.

Renovations
Water Heater, Int View showing 110VAC switch
Electrical was upgraded adding a 12 VDC cartridge fuse paned in the front cabinet.
The refrigerator is frig only, no freezer, gas or electric, 12 VDC or 110 VAC.
Updated the water heater to an Atwood 6-gal gas/110 VAC electric. Still requires to be lit from outside.
Added "Vent-Tastic" powered Thermostatically controlled, 3-speed, reversible fan to rear vent.

Tow Vehicle
Originally a 1996 Ford Explorer with a 6-cyl engine. Since then it's now pulled with a Ford F-150 6-cyl. Trailer has great aerodynamics.
