History Not good.. Had homeless living in it hiding in the bush. Was towed to a trailer park but the rent was never paid. They left in the middle of the night. After six months the owner of the park needed it gone. and I brought it home..

Everything removed except the Ensolite walls and roof. New flooring, I built cabinets, new wiring and lights, new cushions, new stove, new sink and plumbing,

Fiberglass repairs, new paint, Windows rebuilt. Frame painted and new wheels. New vent,
