Its winter resting place while I complete the interior.
History Bought during covid for far too much. Had to gut it as the carefully painted wood was all rotten except for front bench. I got it to the point it was usable and have had some nice trips.
Renovations
Partially renovated inside. Both bed benches were replaced. I built the drivers side to same dimensions as passenger side so that a mattress could be put in if I chose to in future. I replaced the closet as well. All new electrical, converter, 12 V outlets, 120 V GFCI outlets, CO and propane alarms. I decided to put electric brakes on the leaf spring axle that was installed by a previous owner. That axle gives more clearance, so I may just leave it, although the trailer has a much higher wind profile. Winter of 2024 will hopefully see completion of the interior cabinets and roof support. Now I need to complete the roof support, build some proper cupboards and address the rotten windows frames etc.

Other Information
Frame is in great shape, but roof is distorted due to weight of fantastic fan and removal of kitchen roof support during the PO "reno". Will glass in some roof supports and tie into the kitchen cabinets that will be made shortly. I don't plan to install a stove, heater or domestic fridge. I cook outside unless it's terrible weather, the cooler works for about 4-5 days, and I have a small catalytic propane heater if I need it that takes up no space at all.
