I had a Carefree trailer briefly years ago. Probably the lightest built trailer of the 30+ that I've owned. The fiberglass shell was also very thin.

Another way to anchor screws

Screws don't stick well in fiberglass. Wherever possible I like to slip strips of galvanized sheet metal behind the fiberglass to help anchor the screws. I do this around my roof vents and taillights...

Kustom Koach construction

Yes, the front and roof are one section. The molded sides and back connect just under the curve in the roof. No patching was done. I'm not sure what you're referring to.

All the sides of My Kustom Koach are molded. No part of it is flat skinned. It is assembled from 4 molded sections.
