My 1989 17' Bigfoot has a dropped axle in it and the ground clearance for the waste tank and fittings is too low so we are going to get the same type axle but with less drop or even straight across....

Easiest way to check is with a test light on the wire when you plug the trailer into the tow vehicle. I have a 1978 Boler 17' but have never had to trace the clearance light wires.
