I'm thinking of cutting the roof and framing it and using canvas sides. Just like some truck campers do. I am also trying to do a slide out.

your windows look like they push out at the bottom and have a latch to hold it out. If you have problems or need to repair them this link could help.

I have an Amerigo trailer but NO door, so I have to go by pictures and some tutorials like these above. My door is also supposed to be curved. I wish I had a door even rotted to take measurements...
