I guess I am the oddball. I have a portable Coleman Power Cooler/Freezer. Uses a Stirling motor. Doesn't use much juice. Very light compared to Norcolds ect. Downside... Doesn't hold as much...

Well I would worry only about the non-stick coated parts.... The regular top griddle and fry pan are all noon stick. The roasting rack and wok are stainless, those shouldn't be a problem.

I just finished putting a flat piece of plexiglass into my 77 scamp(rear window).. That compound curve is nasty. the rubber from scamp did the trick though....
