cleaning foam under cushions

gearing up for the season,& washing cushion covers,wondering best way to ensure foam is clean too.what to do/use??suggestions........

i get the same thing up here in canada at a semi local b.c. gvmnt campground.the gate gets lock to the north campgroung area after sept long weekend,also holds a secret fishing spot
