Joe is right more than 2200 is not good .to stiff makes the trailer bounce thus shaken baby syndrome for lack of a better term..best bet is spring blocks on leef springs or lift blocks for beter...

The left side pic was befor the fridge install .the only thing you need to make sure of is towing level ,mine has a dexter axle 4 inch blocks now it towes level at 17 inches bumper and tounge works...

I put a 4 inch lift in mine it makes the bumper and the ball hight17" high no axle flip. also longer tounge.20 inches.

This is a poor fiber glass repair .you need to grind it all back and do it right .looks like they put body over broken fiber glass. boat repair shop might help or body shop.

I take the door and frame/casing out as one unit way easer the wood on mine was all roten. i put down pressure treated fence boards and foam insulation then plywood.

You might have to disasemble the door and redo the frame did this on mine . Mine was a gut and redo i also put a 4 inch lift in and extended the tongue24 inches

Gm makes a product called sillicone emulsion we used in on tracks and weather striping . cheep about 3 bucks its a paste with an applicator. In alberta we use it on car doors to pervent freeze up.

I had the same problem with the same temp .In Alberta they use a blend of Butane 60 40 butane in summer .i refilled the tank wthout the blend works good .down side propane dont work past - 45 c
