Hey Don,

Here are a few more pictures as I cut out the old jamb, I now have a flat surface to work with on either side, I think the wood frame that I build should make up for any strength lost when I cut out...

Door problems? Here's what I'm trying

The door on my Amerigo is cracked in many places (hinges,handles,etc...) and delaminating at the seams. I had a shop quote $600-$1000 to repair the old door and I've been unable to find one used....
