I don't think there was a cover over the regulator on my 13' Scamp, p/u Feb. 2016. If there was, it fell off within 10 miles of leaving the factory!

If you would like a full propane tank when you pick up your new trailer, ask your salesman to add that to your sales order. The cost was minimal.

Propane in cold weather worked just fine.

it was a sunny 5° day when we left Backus. The first two nights it was 14° and 21° and the propane furnace was worth it's weight in gold! :woohoo
