Adhesive
3M 5200 is marine adhesive that i would consider a forever caulk. The 4200 is about half as strong just in case you ever want to remove anything. Both great products.

I haven't used it yet but Sailrite.com has calculator that will tell you how much material you will need. They also have a nice selection fabric and supplies. Sewing machines also, if you need one....
