On my Bigfoot awning, in order to unroll it I must flip a switch on the top of the left arm by the reel. I then can unroll it. It is "locked" otherwise and will only roll up until I flip the switch.

There are two possible reasons. 1 a clog in the drain pipe or 2. a clog in the vent pipe.
