Leaking black waste valve

1986 casita with a slow (stinky) leak in the black tank. Can't see much from the outside except for residue. Anyone know what the inside looks like, where /how to investigate and fix a leak?135803

Thanks for your response. We debated FGing it but in the end we're going with 1/2" plywood and angle brackets. Fingers crossed! It'll be supported with the bunks between the bathroom and the back bed.
